Im very flat footed and found traditional insoles to force the arch a bit to much causing me pain and my tendinitis in my knee to flair up. The insoles I got at the homeshow ended up giving me arch support with a softer fit and stopped my tendinitis from flaring up. About 6 months later I ordered custom sandles and 2 more pairs for other shoes so I dont have to swap them.
