Yes—100%. Our orthotics are individually crafted based on your unique foot data captured through our iOS scanning app (or a foam impression kit for Android users). Do your orthotics come with a guarantee?

Absolutely. We stand behind our product. You’ll get a 180-day comfort guarantee. If the fit doesn’t feel right, we’ll adjust or remake them at no extra cost. Your comfort is our priority.

What if my custom orthotics don’t feel quite right?

Let us know. We offer a free re-make within 180 days of delivery to make sure your orthotics feel just right. We’ll work with your feedback and make it perfect.

Do you work with patients who already have a medical diagnosis?

Yes! If you have a diagnosis or treatment plan from a podiatrist, physical therapist, or orthopedic provider, you can upload supporting documents during checkout. Our specialists will incorporate that information into the design of your orthotics.

Can I update or change my order after placing it?

Can I use my orthotics in multiple types of shoes?

Each orthotic is designed to fit the shoe type you select—running shoes, work boots, dress shoes, etc. While they may transfer between similar footwear, switching to a completely different shoe style may affect fit. That’s why we offer a multi-pair discount, allowing you to get orthotics designed and printed in different profiles for different shoes.

How long do SelfScan3D orthotics last?

The 3D printed shell of your orthotics is built to last for years—it won’t wear out like mass-market insoles. The top cover, which provides surface comfort, may wear over time depending on usage and can be replaced without needing an entirely new device. We keep your scan on file for easy reorders.

Payments & Insurance

Do you accept HSA/FSA cards?

Yes, we accept all major credit cards, including FSA and HSA debit cards. If your account doesn’t have a card, we can provide a detailed invoice to submit for reimbursement.

Will insurance cover my orthotics?

We cannot bill your insurance directly, but we’re happy to provide an itemized invoice that you can submit to your provider. Coverage depends on your specific plan.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take to get my orthotics?

Once we receive your scan or foam impression, your custom orthotics will be produced and shipped within 10–16 business days. All orders ship via Courier, with tracking provided.

How do I track my order?

You can check the status of your order anytime using the Order Status tool on our website. You’ll also receive email updates at each step of the process.

Can SelfScan3D orthotics help with shin splints?

Yes. Our orthotics are designed to absorb shock and improve foot alignment, which helps reduce the strain that causes shin splints. They're ideal for active individuals and runners.

I have flat feet—will your orthotics help?

Definitely. Our orthotics provide the right amount of arch support based on your foot scan, helping to correct alignment and relieve pressure caused by flat feet.

My feet hurt constantly. Will this help?

Our orthotics are custom-built to address foot pain, plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, arch collapse, and more. They’re designed for everyday wear or athletic performance—whatever your lifestyle requires.

Product Care & Replacements

Do I need to replace the whole orthotic over time?

No. The core 3D-printed device is extremely durable and typically does not need to be replaced for years. The top cover, however, may wear depending on your usage and activity level. We offer replacement top covers without requiring a new impression or device.

Can I reorder orthotics without re-scanning my feet?

Yes. Once we have your foot data on file, reordering is simple. We store your 3D scan (or foam impression data) securely for at least 5 years, so you can easily reorder additional or replacement pairs.
